BCAAA receives, distributes, and provides oversight for federal Older Americans Act and state Older Coloradans Program funding. Contracted services provided with current funding include rides by Via Mobility Services (formerly Special Transit) and RSVP/CareConnect- legal services by Boulder County Legal Services- homemaking and personal care by Complete Home Health Care- chore services by RSVP/CareConnect- mental health counseling by Mental Health Partners- congregate meals by the cities of Lafayette and Louisville- and congregate and home-delivered meals by Nederland Area Seniors.

The Weld County Area Agency on Aging is a Help Source for Adults 60+. Our mission is to empower older adults, family caregivers, and persons who require assistance in the Medicaid long term care system to live independent, healthy, and dignified lives by providing services and linkages to available community services.
