From Richmond & Fredericksburg: I-95 North to Fredericksburg Take Fredericksburg Exit - "Rt. 3 West to Culpeper" Follow Route 3 West to Culpeper (approximately 31 miles) In Culpeper: Just past 1st light, turn right onto James Madison Hwy/US29/Route 15 - cont. approx. 2.3 miles At 1st light, turn left onto Braggs Corner Road/Route 666 - cont. approx. 1.1 miles At light, continue straight crossing over US29 bus to Bradford Road - (Southern States will be on your left- look for the big fuel tanks). RRCSB - AAA is on your left, just behind Southern States, in a large beige building. Enter at the first entrance and park in the visitor's area.

The mission of The Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services (RRCS)is to improve the quality of life of the citizens of Planning District 9 by providing comprehensive behavioral health, intellectual disability, substance use disorder, and aging services.
