Southeast Washington Aging and Long Term Care (ALTC) is a designated Area Agency on Aging covering an eight-county area consisting of: Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, Walla Walla and Yakima Counties.

ALTC provides these direct services: Information & Assistance, Case Management, Respite Services and Family Caregiver Support. Contracted Services include: Nutrition, Transportation, Adult Day Care, Foot Care, Health Screening, and Legal Services.
