Description:
Maryland Access Point (MAP) is the Aging & Disability Resource Center for Howard County. It is single point of entry for information and resource assistance. MAP serves persons of any income level who are 50 years & older, persons 18 years and older with a disability, family members, caregivers, service providers and professionals. MAP's goal is to maximize an individual's independence and quality of life by providing people with individualized resource information and assistance.
