Springwell Information & Referral Department

Information and referrals can be provided by telephone, email, fax, mail and in-person. Springwell serves the following towns: Belmont, Brookline, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley and Weston. In addition, I&R takes reports for Protective Services for the above Springwell towns and the towns of Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Hollister, Hopkinton, Natick, Sherborn, Sudbury and Wayland.

Language translation is available for all languages. Springwell systematically compiles the most up-to-date information on services available to elders, their families, and to care professionals within Massachusetts and across the country. In any given year, we answer over 7,000 inquiries about everything from the home delivery of meals to lawyers specializing in elder law, from the names of private home care workers to the locations of adult day care programs.
