The Alliance for Aging, Inc. is home to the Elder Helpline for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties where anyone can call for information, referral or assistance related to older adults and caregivers.

Also, through the Elder Helpline the following services are provided: Emergecy Home Energy Assistance for the Elderly Program (EHEAP), Telephone Reassurance, and Family Caregiver Support Program.
